'93 Taurus GL, airbag code 34
Howdy all. I was heading home from my friend's house after working on his car, and when I started my Taurus the airbag light blinked out code 34, and continued to do so until I got home and turned the car off.
Well, I don't know a whole lot about Taurusi, and I can't find a code table for the SRS system. My '95 Mustang manual says this is "Driver's side air bag circuit low or shorted", but I don't know how valid this is. I'm tryin' to think of what would cause this, clockspring? multifunction switch? airbag module itself? Anyway, I'm not really interested in havin' this thing light off in my face, so any input y'all can give me would be appreciated. Thanks all. |
