Exclamation Need help with choice

this is my current situation:

currently fifteen saving up fora car i have a job and am only aiming to get my car in about grade 12.

I need a car that is affordable for a high school/college student by then for modding it.

I need something thats non turbo i figure that is way too expensive in my current financial situation.

One key point is my dad is willing to pay a little over half for whatever i want and my mom will also help me out.

I'm lookin at a used car not a brand new one.

Any suggestions on a good car for modding that is possible to get in highschoool/college and not have it a ricemobile.

I also have a place i can install parts for free so thats a definite plus
