I got an oil change done at Jiffy Lube and my total came to like $67 they used some high miles oil, and said it cost more, but $67 for an oil change sounds a bit crazy , how much do ya'll usually pay for an oil change?

Thats sounds like a lot, did they do anything besides oil change? Possible air filter? When I worked for J-lube back in the day we charged $27.99 for normal service - $12.00 additional for high mileage - $25 additional for synthetic. Since your engine may take more than 5qts the prices should be slightly higher, but not $67 high

I do oil changes myself with synthectic
Mobil 1 $20 per case @ cost
Honda oil filter - $4 or something @ cost - we usually buy 100 @ a time for the shop since almost every honda takes the same filter, along with many other makes. We dont use the Honda filters on anything other than honda, but for emergencys anything works.

At my shop we charge $18.95 for normal oil - special oil would be slightly higher.
