Trouble Cold Starting After Injector Cleaning

Hello all,

Can anyone share their experiences with fuel injector cleaning services? I just had one done, as well as replacing my fuel filter and air filter. It was the first time in 60,000 km for those first two (I know, my bad! My very bad!). My X now has slight troubles with cold starts. It's a 2002 S/C and it's always been 2-3 cranks until she turns. Now, when starting in the morning, or after sitting for a few hours, it can be as many as a dozen cranks before the truck starts! I'm concerned. My initial thought was that the computer was compensating for dirty injectors and filters and now that it's all cleaned up, it's slightly flooding the cylinders? It's been about 200 km since the service. I disconnected the battery last night to reset the computer.
I don't know enough about how the injector cleaning is performed to know much - I didn't think anything they did could affect the starting of the truck - any chemical would have been worked through by now I would think!

Two questions:
1) Will disconnecting the battery reset the computer, so that it has to re-equilibrate the ideal air-fuel ratio (or is data like that saved elsewhere).
2) Has anyone else ever has a similar problem following an injector purge?

Any insights would be great!
