1. Check the dashboard dimmer control.
2. Check fuses. 3. Check power and ground at the dash.

The 2003 Lumina was an export only vehicle. Going to be tough to find info on it here in the States. I recomend you look locally for some information

Oh yeah, Schurkey. I found it, but it seems the car wash boys have damaged it. Found the slot for the slider but the slider itself is missing. Tried to poke it with some sharp object but there's no response from the lamps. I don't want to take it to the agency as they surely will let me buy the whole assembly of the dashboard. Not sure if I'll learn to live with it.

Thanks Maxwedge, I will try to tinker with it and hopefully can get the bulbs to light up. I don't believe they have burned down to be replaced.

on my 1998 lumina the right half of the dash cluster is burnt out from the middle of the speedometer on thru the temp gage .the dealer and auto zone told me that the entire cluster must be replaced. the dealer said they send a cluster to a shop somewhere to be rebuilt.(?)
