Yes to the Aventador. YES!

I'd rather see Fujimi update their 599 GTB into a GTO, and let new tooling go somewhere else, after their 458 was such a huge disappointment in quality, detail, and price.

I'd give the nod to Aoshima or Hasegawa, they have both done better Lamborghini models than Fujimi or Tamiya. If Tamiya wants a crack at the Aventador, it better be in the same league as LFA or FXX. It deserves to be a kit with full detail and no cheesy shortcuts.

Really? I think it looks horrible, like a real life version or some cartoonish supercar. Or a toned down version of an outrageous Reventon.

Re: Fujimi Fujimi what are you waiting for....

why do i never see the point or worth in posts/threads like this?

oh yeah, because gushing over the latest supercar from whatever company and crying to us about whether company xyz is ever going to make it instead of something else is a complete waste of time.

Here we go again....

If you do not like the subject of a thread you are not forced to participate/comment.

For example, I do not understand why those ugly Aston Martin, McLaren and Pagani Zonda are so popular in this forum. Neither the lowered Golf IXII... I simply ignore such posts and move to the ones I like...

Is it so difficult for someone to behave similarly?

Re: Fujimi Fujimi what are you waiting for....

I am participating because I do not see the point of threads such as these.
If I don't participate, I cannot express how/why I don't see the point of them.

And another thing.
Every one here has by and large the same taste is certain cars. At the same time, there will be certain cars that everyone has a fondness for that not many others do. If everyone made a pointless thread about wishing some model manufacturing company would make a kit of it, the boards would be full of pointless threads; which is where the moderating team would have to step in.

Re: Fujimi Fujimi what are you waiting for....

As I said, if you do not like a thread, keep your nose out of it.... No one here have the right to give instruction to others what they should or should not write. If a post violates the forum rules it should be blocked by a moderator, and it is up to the moderator to decide. These are basic information which I should not have quoted here, but it seems some people are unable to get it.

END of the discussion.

Can we spell hypocrite?
Why couldn't you have ignored my post and continued with your gushing over the Lambo?
You chose to make a point in arguing.

I wouldn't say he's necessarily angry for arguing a point he espoused. The argument may have gotten a bit heated (which I can understand) but I don't see that he's angry and "needs the last word". He just wanted it to be over, as it's a thread he started and was taken in another direction than originally intended.

This is not the first time his thread takes another direction.

Is that the OP's fault? Regardless of the value of the post, he was talking about a certain car an it's possibility of becoming plastic...

Re: Fujimi Fujimi what are you waiting for....

I'll concede that I maybe have been a bit curt but it just bores me when another person talks about a kit that may or may not be made instead of just building the many kits that do exist.

Sure, talk about a new car but going that extra step to whine about when manufacturer xyz doesn't make it but makes a kit of something else is tiresome.
We won't always get what we want from them and we will never understand (or choose to accept) why they do what they do.
Deal with it.

If you want to take further, when a member seems to be do this more than others, it adds to the annoyance.
Then if you really want to add to it, when a member who only ever seems to make threads like this and has zero posts about what he actually builds, you have to wonder what actual contribution that member is to the forums.

Build more.
Post about what you build.
Isn't that what modelling forums are supposed to be about?
