Unhappy New to car tuning, help please

Hi, I'm new to all of this car tuning, import fanatic, customized motor swaping world. I just started reading car magazines and getting into cars about a month ago. I own a 97 Accord automatic, I have a few basic questions maybe some of you experts can answer. I want to do a motor swap, put a prelude motor in, now most prelude motors is for 5 speed manual tranny, is there anyway that I can use it to fit my stock auto tranny or do I have to convert into manual all together? I don't know if I even have the right idea, but what im thinking is that just buying a h22 for stick which comes with the tranny and all, take that off and just slap it on my auto. Is is possible to do it that way? If I go that route do I have to buy a new fuel computer monitor or ecu or whatever it is for the motor because its on an automatic tranny? And how much am I looking at for a full customized manual conversion [I know its a lot]. Thanks in advance for any replys.

I don't know if your Accord auto will fit the Prelude motor...but if it won't, the Lude's came in auto too, so just pick one up with an auto tranny and you're set
