Aftermarket lights still leak? Accord 9th gen
So I need to replace the headlights on my 13 Accord and I stumbled upon this nice-looking set of custom headlights. I really like the way the look, but I remember those late 2000s aftermarket lights that leaked like crazy and threw checks on the dash due to low voltage LEDs etc. So I was wondering if things improved with time and they became more-or-less problem-free? Because, hey, cheap Amazon stuff did improve haha.
Talking about these: ![]() https://www.amazon.com/ACANII-2008-2.../dp/B07QVMYBCK or these: ![]() https://www.carid.com/honda-accord-headlights/ Again I really like the looks at that price, but I don't think I have as much energy on splicing and fixing those gremlins like I did on my 8th gen Civic back in the day. |
