Chevy Equinox LT 2016

My Chevy equinox timing chain broke so my warranty company sent a new engine and it was put it by Steve Austin gm dealership , a week after having it back it started overheating so I took it back. They said the thermostat was bad so I had it replaced and it still overheated so I took it to another mechanic that said the radiator was clogged so I had it replaced and the same day I picked it up , it started overheating now everyone is pretty much scratching their heads because they aren’t sure what’s wrong with it. I can go about 30 minutes down the road at 55mph before it starts overheating , when it starts overheating my RPMs go up past 3 like the transmission doesn’t want to kick over and then when I pull over and shut the car off it doesn’t want to kick over and turn back on. All lights will come on but the engine won’t kick over. Anybody else have this issue ? Or know what it could be ?
