Greatest Rock Band/singer Of all Time
here it is, if you beleive that one isnt listed that is the greatest post it. but no BS bands such as "simple plan" or "good Charolet" or even ok newer bands such as "jimmy eat world." make sure the band is established, renouned, and respected. maybe there will be a few of their songs playing on AF radio.
 ps these are some of my tops in my mine. i am 16 years old so dont go jumping on me like they are all older bands because i am an old rocker who has past his prime. i have favorites of today. such as Creed, 3doors down, 3days grace, velvet revolver (didnt make it simply because it is guns and roses minus axle rose), etc... but frankly there hasny been a song yet from these bands or others that is as widely listened to as: -Smoke On The Water -Stairway To Heaven -The Ocean -Dream On -Crazy Train -Welcome To the Jungle -Back In Black -Purple Haze just as a few examples.... |

Back in Black....AC/DC is some of the best older-rock that I listen too (not really my type of music) but years later they still rock.

i originally hated Ozzy Osbourne. i know he was a devil worshiper but after listening to some of his songs there are some great guitar lines and some of the lyrics not too bad. crazy train is one of my old favorites.

I LOVE Crazy train. Ozzy is frowned upon for some reasons such as the devil worship, but I dont feed into that. Alot of the rock I listen to comes from those thoughts.... For Example Manson: "I am not a slave to a God that does not exist, I am not a slave to a world thats full of sh!t."
But im still not really an ozzy-time rock fan. Im like 80% rap (including hip-hop), 15% heavy rock (This ranges from Manson to Slipknot), 5% classic rock (This ranges from Zeplin to Ozzy). I also really like DJ mixes such as house and some techno, but not my daily listening. |
