I've actually had really good success using Future to glue in headlights and taillights. I typically set the part in and let it seep into all of the seams around the edge. Then I just brush it right overtop of the lens. You have to give it 3 or 4 applications to make sure it fills any gaps around the edges, but the end result is pretty good. The entire thing just blends in with the body.

Future works good with tight fitting clear parts like headlight lenses. Just remember to use ammonia to clean yor brush after your done.
