I think some people here especially Pman does Tamiya rubbing compound THEN Wax.
the compound obviously rubs through the paint.
If you would want mine I'd give it to you for a small trade. I've hardly used it.  The only reason I would want to trade is because the thing is expensive for such a small amount.

Wax enhances and protects the shine already achieved with rubbing compound, it is not a replacement for rubbing compound
