Unless someone has replace one of the front tires with a different offset and/or width the car may need to be re-aligned as it sounds like to camber setting is off.

If the alignment is correct and you still have the problem, you can check for the offset difference by taking both wheels off and looking for a offset number and width specs on the back spokes of the wheel.

Not all wheels will have these specs but it's worth taking a look.
