Stock Valve cover and Oil pan and timing chain cover will work just fine. They dont add performance... just make the car look better if you get chromed pieces.
Save yourself the $ and get some stock parts from any autoparts store.
The Stock intake for the LT1 flows pretty good, so I'd suggest using it for now. I personally dont think I have never seen an aftermarket LT1 intake... except maybe the LT4 intake... I could be wrong...
