The are different. The Pop charger is a warm air intake. It gains more power than a standard filter because the MAF adapter has a radiused (sp?) inlet to provide better air flow. Advantage being slightly less money and you don't have to worry about sucking water into the motor.

The Cold Air intake goes all the way into the wheelwell. The filter is actually in the wheelwell. This intake will make more hp, due to resonanace tuning and by colder air going into the motor. The downside is that there is the possibility to suck up water, it is slightly more expenisve, and some people don't like the noise it produces. It can be rather loud at WOT.
