KW? dunno bout that. Well, I dunno about australia, but one way for the government to regulate smog and pollution is to SEVERELY limit the flow of exhaust coming out of your car. One way to do this is to put in a really restrictive catalyc converter. Now, I don't know how the laws are over there, but the best way to get some horsepower is to replace the catalyc converter with a test pipe. basically, this is just a pipe the same as your exhaust piping. so you eliminate your cat all together. Or, you can get a high flow catalyc converter, which should also make your exhaust more free flowing.
