hey man can you tell me a little more about the car.
Is it injected or carberated?
Does it to it in all gears, or only one gear?
Does the scope show the car running rich or lean at all?
It sounds like a fuel supply problem, or prehaps something simple like a loose wire in the ignition that is being buffeted about by airflow above 60kph
