'Vtech' eh? I'd say altezzas first, some LED windsheild wiper nozzles, a huge aliminum wing for the downforce you'll need from the power gains of the altezzas.. then maybe some stickers. A body kit wouldn't hurt either..
BUT...
for a VTEC lude, I'd recommend you do the suspension first. the car is already moderately fast, you might as well make it handle the power. Buy some good springs and shocks, or a good set of coilovers (not the cheap shit), and just let it all hang out around your local urban racetrack.
