Weight distrubution isn't something thats directly linked to acceleration. It's more for improved handling, however
inproved handling=better grip=faster speeds=able to accelerate sooner=
it's all good.

Now for straight line acceleration as in drag racing it's more about weight transfer, which is achieved through proper suspension tuning and can really help a car up it's traction and therefore it's acceleration.

Pretty simplified I know, but I leaving to go out to dinner right now so, it'll have to do
