All of these guys are great comedians. Those of you who don't think Robin Williams can act haven't seen any of his good movies. Except for Bill Hicks (who's dead), they're all still hysterical in their own way.
Billy Connelly should be on any list of great modern comedians. If you don't know who he is, look him up somewhere (he's done some great stand up for HBO and was the teacher who replaced Howard Hessman on the American TV series "Head of the Class").
Mike Meyers has made some great movies were he wasn't playing a fool. Check "So I Married an Ax Murderer." By the way, he's Canadian, not British.
Great comedians missing: Denis Leary, Eddie Izzard, Anthony Clark (just off the top of my head).
