My lip cost about $100 so depending on how rare your wheels are and how much they were new it prolly would be worth it to get new ones.
Wheel Collision center can fix wheels in Bath, PA. But most of the time if it's bad enough a bent lip usually has feather cracks throughout the wheel which means you lost the integrity of the wheel already.
