Well the skyline is a all wheel drive setup with a twin turbo inline 6 engine. performance wise it has awesome potential to put up 1000+ horsepower. But it would have to have its displacement upped a bit along with some serious upgrades such as turbos and other bolt-ons. The skyline is made and sold in the great country of JAPAN. But it can be shipped over to the US but would have to go through inspection for emissions and such. If you can get a hold of some importers from japan they could tell you a lot more.
