Clarifying the point...
I find it deeply ironic that at this particular point in time,when New Zealand traffic cops are under scrutiny in the media as never before for the manner in which they interpret their duty with regard to speed laws,that a cop would even consider breaking the speed limit so blatantly.
We're currently embroiled in a media-created drama as to what 'policing' the speed limits entails.should it be a question of being out there as a highly visible deterrent,or is enforcement by financial disincentives after the fact the fair way to do it?
