Pull the wheel. Remove the calipers (*and caliper brackets if you're replacing the rotors too). Remove pads (*and rotors). Grab some pliers and turn the piston back in the caliper. Be careful not to tear the rubber boot. Replace pads, (*rotor) and wheel.

You can do it. It's very simple.
