cops can not search your car unless they have probable cause... but if you have a record, that may be enough for them to search. not sure.
yah, ive been pulled over for my dark tinted windows on my other car.
not sure about those washer led's thought, there's a lot of guys using it around here.
cops have more important things to do...like stop terrorism, I guess.
