I have never known anybody having difficulty getting it.
What on earth are you on about?
I have 2 cans of Tamiya 'White Primer' and the are, ironically, labelled 'White Primer'.
Matt white is an 'in-a-fix' substitute for white primer, but it is not primer, it is still paint.
I get my hobby shop to order white primer in special for me, since they don't sell a lot of Tamiya primer they only get it in when I request them to, I buy 2 to 4 cans at a time.
