wait a second here. TegMan95, I think you are confused. Grand Am GT Does not come with a V8. If so it would be RWD and no Grand Am has ever been RWD that I'm aware of.

If there was a Grand Am GT with a V8, I see it hard to believe you didn't buy it, but you went and got the 2000 GT with the 3.4. This kind of tells me that you may mean Trans Am. I know alot about Pontiac and if there was a Grand Am equiped with a V8, I would know. TegMan95, sorry, but you are going to need more to back up your V-8 Grand Am for us to believe you. I need proof.

All Ram Air Grand Am's had the 3.4 same with the V-6 HO. 99-03 all GT's had the 3.4 ram air or 3.4 HO. The SE models had the 3.4(stock) or the 2.4
