i am the confused owner of the phantom protege

hello i am the owner of the 91 protege that my cousin formerly talked about. There seem to be a few people who dont have the facts here no offence intended. my car is one of the last of the japanese factory racing trend that plagued the WRC in the late 80's and early 90's where there were only a hand full of exact street versions of the WRC cars produced to allow the company to race their car in international rally competition. For the record my father (a former street racer) who has recently changed his views on japanese cars (for the better) has been tutoring me on the intricacies of engines. we found that my car also came stock (and i use the term loosely) with super high compression pistons , bronzed rings, forged pistons and a high performance header.
its exact compressin ratio is a mistery but we can tell that it is roughly 13-1 (the new 2001 celica GTS is exactly 11.5-1) now this in and of itself generates a fair bit of kick. My cousin was mistaken now dont laugh but the only place i can find decent information on my car is from gt2 yes in know inaccurate but it contains a car that is for all intents an purposes a car that is exactly the same as mine (at least exteriorly) in the mazda protege GTX a four wheel drive japanese version with a turbo engine and 176hp now from that and the fact that mine has higher compression i checked out the mazda turbo used on that model and its relative horsepower gain and determined that my car had roughly 160HP (My cousin over guestimated at 170,sorry) it has a full rally suspension that holds firm at 140mph yes that is correct it has done that speed cheked for accuracy by my friend at college that has a gps speedo in his 96 talon tsi awd that CAN'T overtake me in the flatout (but it can kill me off the line). I used the weight scale at my local recycling depot, as we all do in St. Johns, says that it weights in at +or - 10 1979 pounds with a full tank of gas and us in it this equates out to 11.5 to 1 power ratio with us in it or a 10 to 1 with it empty (not much use without a driver) I have nothing against american cars (in fact im a true vette lover) but i have been able to bag everything up to a camaro Z28 or a 4.3 GT Mustang (my friends and not off the line , he kills me there) any way i just figured i mention the specifics of my car so as not to affend anyone or confuse. if anyone has any info that i haven't listed on my caar please help me out thanks for the site to post this on.
