both those cars are
modified!!! It has nothing to do with the manufacturer if some guy makes his diablo look a bit like another car...
Now, truth about this. The modifications to that car(im pretty sure its the same one ive seen before) was mainly inspired by the F50 (rear wing).
The other modifications.. umm, they are minor, and represent no other car.
The 300 is modified, that spoiler/wing does not come with the car. Other than that, the only resemblance i see is the headlights.. umm, wow, they arnt very styled in the first place, just pretty standard lights really. Mainly because headlight styling wasnt half as popular as it is today. Another thing, the nissan wouldnt look anything like it without the body kit.. so eh.
If you have to compare, please compare non-modified cars. its not right for someone to say.. ' look this guy bought a diablo replica for $2.55 on e-bay and made it look like a ferrari by metling plastic and shaping it on it.. OMG, i think lamborghini are copying ferrari!!!!'
