With slicks, you'd probably be low 14s. With better tires I'd assume around mid 14s. Like, if you think about it the ECU, spark plugs, and MSD is a combined total of pretty usless mods (

) that really is only helping you very minimally in the HP department. Pacesetter ehxaust piping is another no-no on a B16.

AND you've got a non-LSD Y1.
Honestly, I think its a pretty good time for your setup. What all do you have inside your car? I ran a 15.0 with mine in a 91 DX with full interior, extra 6X9s, a 10" sub in a heavy ass box, my amp, and a full tank of gas on 16"s. I was quite happy with it considering my car was a total porker at the time. All I had was a shitty cat back exhaust with 2.25" piping. I think the S1 tranny makes a nice difference, but its in such bad shape because its probably been beat on for its whole life. When I'm redlining every gear it grinds in every gear.
