I am almost 100% positive Honda has never made an H23 VTEC. The H22A Type S engine is the prelude JDM Engine and has 220 HP. That has a RED VALVLE COVER. The BLUE VALVE COVER goes with the F20B which goes in the accoed SiR. I thought you had a custom hybrid engine, because that is what I am looking into making.
