The tail broke loose? That is insanely dangerous. Sorry about the questions before but the way you previously described the accident made it sound like your wife was tailgating and was at fault. (And perhaps I am still correct with my assumption that a tailgater is at fault no matter how fast the car ahead slows down.) I still can't believe that the tail broke loose while trying to brake!
