I have built one Lancia Stratos - no photo etch
I also have a Lancia Delta and a Lancia 037 - no photo etch
Not all the Hasegawa kits are fantastic, and not all include photo etch.
The same goes for every kit manufacturer, not all their kits are absolutely wonderful.
