They should replace your rims, or at least pay to have them refinished. Under no circumstances should rims be damaged while replacing tires. They must be employing minimim wage teenagers at the dealership that have no idea how to properly mount a tire. I use a body shop that does a great job removing and remounting tires on my BMW rims without damaging them.
