i had the same header and it did the same thing to me so i fixed it with a engine swap and there you go no more rusty piece of shit chikara header. what you can try to do is go to autozone and get that dupont high temp engine paint made to withstand 1200 degrees and sand the header off with some 300 grit then 600 grit and paint it.
