Ive installed a stereo system into a 95 before it was a pain in the ass.
Youve got to take your dash panel off good luck its not easy.
Then unplug the existing head unit.
Buy a wiring harness you can get them at any specialty automotive audio shop. Youll need a new head unit ofcourse then plug the harness into the stock wiring pack and connect the wires of the head unit to the harness. Follow the color coding instructions.
New speakers what a pain anyway remove the paneling in front of the stock speakers to gain access unscrew the old and plug in the new. Sounds easy but have fun!!!!
If you plan on installing subs make sure your new head unit is set up with preout to start with .
Get an amp watiage depending lay your ground wire hook it up to the head unit. Then run the wire in your subs from the amp adjust the gains onthe amp until you get the clearity you want.
The most important thing to remember is disconnect your battery before doing anything I blew three fuses doin this shit!!!! Enjoy.!!
