If you used acrylic paint, you can wash it off with ammonia or a cleaner that has ammonia in it. In any case you can prolly use a tooth pick and gently scrape the paint off where it ran under the tape. If by chance you mildly scratch the window, you can rub it with Tamiya compound to polish it back out. I always air brush my window trim on with acrylics in case something like this happens.
