These biases are making me sick... just because you like the car, it can't possibly be a ricer, can it? Half of you guys are saying ricers must be Japanese and the other half that all Japanese cars are ricers.
So the Turbo badge from a 911 Turbo slapped onto a stock 355 can't be considered rice because the car is cool? Sorry, but that's rice.
A stock Viper plastered with stickers for parts and sponsorships it doesn't have can't be considered rice because it's a fast, cool car? Well, I think it can be.
Yes, rice started out on Japanese car, but it's grown to include everything. No, there is not exact definition of a ricer, but there is still a few general definitions that aren't just a bunch of biased crap that makes us all even more stupid for reading:
A poser(pretty much covers it all)
ANY car with stickers or badges for parts, trim levels, or sponsors that it doesn't have
ANY car that puts an exhaust tip and muffler only for the purpose of looking fast
ANY car that has mostly visual mods to create the image that he is fast while at the same time trying to pass it off as fast(does not include show cars unless the owner tries to tell you it's fast)
There's a few more, but I don't feel like it right now...
