You need to get yourself a Helms/Haynes manual then. It'll show you were everything is and how to get it off and back on.

The ground wire is the black one coming off the bck of your deck. ground is always black (or should be). Your center console should come off pretty easy just a few screws at the bottom on the sides. then slide your deck out and follow the black wire, and make sure that all the connections are secure.
