I think if you use new speakers you should also use a new amp, but maybe theres a way to get the factory amp to work. Personally, I just decided to do away with all of the factory system and replace everything which you probably dont want to do.
Only thing is my factory amp (dont know about yours) isnt like an aftermarket amp because the wiring harness plugs directly into it.
Oh ya, also not sure about the speaker sizes in your car but in mine the fronts and backs use 6 1/2 speakers.
