I love the Topaz Blue and that's actually the color I plan on getting on my 3-series when I graduate college. Personally I like the grey interior, but the sand is also very nice. I recently went to the BMWUSA site and it didn't show Topaz Blue as an option, only Orient Blue. Oh well that's my opinion on the colors, good luck with your decision.
