Rule of thumb for a lot of detailers and body shops around here is to wait at least 90 days for the paint to completely cure. As for washing, try not to use a pressure washer for a while either and use a gentle ph balanced car shampoo. Get yourself a quality microfiber towel from somewhere like

www.microfibertech.com. They are the gentlest to your new paint.
