The problem with those cars is that the engines have been abused, if you are thinking of buying this car and you are worried about money, do not buy it. You'll be really dissappointed. Yes they do guzzle gas, it has a high performance motor. Yes, parts are very expensive, especially in Italy.
I'm live in the US and I always wanted to get an Alfa Romeo, but the parts are so expensive here, I guess we have similar problems.
