That one is a bitch. There is no description in the service manual on how to do this. One time I completely destroyed one trying to get it off (the rest of the line was being replaced, so I didn't care). The other time it came off smooth as buttah. But I can't remember what I did. It seems like you should just push down on the tab and pull.

Maybe check with a Nissan mechanic and let us know. A lot of people have asked me that question, but nobody has ever posted how.
