Firstly this should be under the Computers section of OT, where I'm moving it when I've answered your question.
Click Tools -> Internet Options. Goto the advanced tab, scroll down to Multimedia and make sure the box next to 'Enable Automatic Image Resizing' is unchecked.
Click Apply and OK.
