Only Australian place I've ever seen selling Micro Sol is Hearns Hobbies in Melbourne. The price they charged makes it cheaper to order over the internet, especially since our dollar has strenthened a little lately

Never tried Mr Rubbing Compound compound but the Tamiy compound is excellent for polishing up windows and the like. Just make sure you usea very soft, finely woven cloth.
If you prime the parts on the sprues, what will you do to the marks where you cut them off? And what about the mould lines?
