I agree with pretty much everything you said. :apuke: As for why the Avalanche is not experiencing the backlash the Aztek did (does), I just think we've focused and spent all out all our ire on the Aztek, and the Avalanche seems like a copy-ugly-cat. GM's really pushing for the Most Hideous Awards nowadays.
