Tell me everything you know about real-estate in America. I"m thinking about getting into it, but I don't know the good things/bad things about it. If I can't get into real-estate, I don't know what I'm gonna do in life, this is my best bet.

I have NO-ONE else to ask, because there is no-one I know in real estate and I can't get answers from anywhere, so I thought I ask the wise people on in the forum.
