well, here goes:
1. Use the search function, type in interior paint, you will get a wealth of threads to help you make a decision on what products to use, how to do it, the pros and cons of doing it, yada yada yada.
2. Everyone on here (minus a few) is gonna tell you that painting your interior is a bad idea. It tends to flake off, chip, and all kinds of other crap.
3. IMO it can be done, but it seems as though, from the threads I have read, that those who did not use primer on their interior pieces have had little or no experiences in paint comming off. (Primer, btw, is basically just another kind of paint that is a little thicker and stickyer than regular paint, it can be sanded and its purpose is to help your color paint stick better and cover better)
4. Should you choose to paint your interior pieces make sure that you prepare the surface VERY VERY well! Clean it clean it clean it with soap and water. then clean it with a rubbing alcohol. get all the armoral and silicone sealers and everythin offf!!!! Then sand it (400 grit), then clean it again, very well, to get all the sanded material off. It is very important that the surface has nuthing but plastic on it when you paint.
read those threads before you do anything, you may find that it may not be worth it. also, I recomend getting the said interior pieces from a junk yard to practice on before doing your own.
good luck
