i don't know if there is a legal kit but i bought mine from
www.autotoys.com and it is the k2 kit, 7000k. they are bright as hell only thing u lose the high beam function. but i garuntee you that u won't need them. oh by the way i drive a 2000 civic, so it is a h4 bulb. and installation took 20 mins real easy and quick
